Using Your RxSaveCard for Weight Management Medications

Your employer is committed to supporting your health goals by providing Wellness Funds towards your purchase of Zepbound Vials at LillyDirect, or Wegovy at NovoCare Pharmacy. With your employer’s Wellness Funds applied, your weight management medications may be FREE to you!

Get Zepbound at LillyDirect

Step 1: Activate Your RxSaveCard

Watch for an email with instructions to activate your RxSaveCard account. This card allows you to access the Wellness Funds that your employer has provided for your Zepbound Vials. Once activated, you’ll receive your virtual card information that you’ll need to pay for your medication.

Step 2: Talk to Your Doctor

To get started with the Zepbound Vial, ask your doctor to send your prescription directly to LillyDirect Self Pay Pharmacy. Make sure it goes to the right place by giving your doctor the pharmacy information and prescription details below:

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

Once your prescription is sent, you will receive a confirmation text message or email. When your prescription is ready to be processed (typically within 24-48 hours), you will receive a second message with a link to complete your checkout on LillyDirect.

Step 4: Complete Your LillyDirect Order and Payment

Click the link in the text message or email to access your LillyDirect checkout. At checkout, use your RxSaveCard information (Card Number, Expiration Date, and Security Code) from your RxSaveCard Payment Portal just like you would any other online payment method. We recommend adding injection supplies to your order at checkout, as they are not automatically included with the vials. Your employer covers the full cost, so you pay nothing!

Step 5: Your Medication is Delivered to You!

No need to make a trip to the pharmacy! Your Zepbound Vial will be delivered directly to your home, saving you time and hassle.

Get Wegovy at NovoCare Pharmacy

Step 1: Activate Your RxSaveCard

General:

RxSaveCard is a program that allows your employer to contribute funds towards your purchase of Zepbound Vials through LillyDirect’s Self Pay website. These vials are unavailable through insurance plans, making this a great way to obtain affordable GLP-1 medications.

The RxSaveCard is connected to your employer’s funds, so when you use it to pay for your medication at the online checkout, there is no cost to you.

Only the employee needs to have an active RxSaveCard. The payment information can be used to purchase Zepbound vials or Wegovy for covered dependents as well if allowed by your employer.

LillyDirect/Zepbound:

Some Lilly medications are only available through self-pay and cannot be billed to insurance. LillyDirect offers this option to provide affordable access to these medications. You can use your RxSaveCard to pay for them, as it allows access to prices outside of insurance plans.

RxSaveCard covers Zepbound Vials (2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, or 10mg) only. Zepbound injection pens are not currently available through RxSaveCard.

Your doctor must send the prescription directly to LillyDirect Self Pay Pharmacy using the provided NPI and specific instructions/codes (NPI: 1689411712, NCPDP: 3692539, Zepbound VIAL (2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, or 10mg). It often takes 2-3 days to process your prescription. If you haven’t heard from LillyDirect by then, double-check that your healthcare provider has the correct phone number and email address for you.

LillyDirect is verifying your prescription information to ensure everything is accurate before they can provide a checkout link. This process usually takes 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a text message or email with a checkout link as soon as it’s ready.

RxSaveCard only covers Zepbound vials at 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg, or 10mg because those are the only dosages currently available through LillyDirect Self Pay. If you need a different dosage or form, discuss alternatives with your doctor.

Yes, injection supplies are not automatically included with the Zepbound vials and can be added to your order at checkout. The cost of injection materials through LillyDirect will also be covered by your employer.

Currently, LillyDirect’s third-party providers offer free shipping. The cost of shipping on LillyDirect may vary in the future; any shipping costs will be visible at checkout.

Gifthealth, a licensed pharmacy provider working with LillyDirect, will be handling your order. If you have any questions, their patient care representatives are available to assist you through the chat function in the checkout process or the link provided in your order confirmation.

NovoCare/Wegovy:

NovoCare Pharmacy is Novo Nordisk’s direct-to-patient pharmacy service that provides access to Wegovy® outside traditional insurance coverage. Through RxSaveCard’s weight management program, you can have Wegovy® delivered directly to your home with your employer’s funds applied to reduce or eliminate your out-of-pocket costs.

Currently, Wegovy is the only medication available through NovoCare Pharmacy.

In order to receive communications about your prescription, please be sure that your health care provider lists your most current information, including primary email address and mobile phone number, when submitting your prescription.

After your health care provider submits your prescription to NovoCare Pharmacy, a welcome text will be sent to the phone number linked to the prescription.

NovoCare has partnered with CenterWell Pharmacy to handle shipment and delivery of your prescription. Their message will walk you through the next steps to get your medication.
