Root Cause Identified
Approximately 15% of members report issues completing payments for LillyDirect via GiftHealth. By working directly with affected members, our support teams have identified an error within the GiftHealth portal. We are sharing this information with GiftHealth and their payments partner. We will share updates as they are available. We do not have an ETA on resolution at this time.

The next update will be at 5 pm CST today, or sooner if new information emerges.

Some members have reported success by calling GiftHealth directly, but no specific issue or timeframe for resolution has been shared. Note that wait times for GiftHealth's call center have been exceeding two hours in some cases.
